Wedding & Event Floral Decor

Your wedding or special event starts off with a complimentary consultation where we will discuss your vision and your budget. From there, we will create a custom curated mood board and itemized list of every need and want you can think of put into the form of a floral proposal which is complete with detailed descriptions to ensure we are on the same page in capturing your dream aesthetic. As every event is unique we do not provide packages or require minimums, pricing is à la carte so you are welcome to spend your budget in the areas or on the items most important to you.

We also offer delivery, set up and break down services to ensure you are able to attend and enjoy your own event without worry of the details.

Local Flower Delivery

We are a full service florist providing flowers for weddings and special events in addition to local delivery of flowers and gifts for everyday occasions. We offer an ever changing fresh selection of flowers daily, in addition to a wide variety of plants both green and blooming that are ready for gifting. From single blooms, wrapped bouquets or custom built vased arrangements we are happy to accommodate any need.

Our delivery radius is local to Williamsburg and includes many adjacent surrounding areas.

Custom Gift Services

We have built a niche specialty in custom gifting, including but not limited to gift baskets and hospitality bags. We are able to accommodate large volumes of these gifts for private events and corporate gatherings, including organization of mutli-site delivery. With a frequent history of delivering 400+ personally addressed gift bags to recipients staying at an array of Williamsburg hotels and resorts, you can rest assured your gifting is in good hands.

Before purchasing The Flower Cupboard, Owner Cathy Nester had a successful plant install and maintenance company, A Touch of Green. From expansive installs at shopping malls, to accommodating more limited needs in Hospitals and Doctor’s Offices - we’ve done it all. In 2020 during the pandemic we moved to a new location, nearly 4 times the size of our original shop! We miss our old location downtown, but love the amount of space we have to do things like host workshops. We offer workshops to the public seasonally, posted on our social medias and are also open for private workshops any time our event schedule permits. From 3 people to 50 people, we are able to provide materials, tools and instruction for a wide array of projects. Past workshops have included things like Floral Arranging, Fresh Christmas Wreath Making, Seasonal Holiday Centerpiece Designing, Terrariums, Plant Repotting & more.
